Taste of Shelter Cove isn’t just dinner — it’s the one night each year when the whole cove comes alive through food. Thanks to the incredible work of D. Perkins Events, guests move from restaurant to restaurant, gathering flavors, views, and stories along the way. Every stop offers something crafted just for this night: oysters with winter mignonette, chanterelle bisque, mushroom pot pie, rockfish risotto, French onion soup, mussels in white wine butter, flat iron steak au poivre, gochujang salmon, braised lamb shank, trucha al ajillo, decadent cakes, cannoli, and more.
