It’s not every day we get to host something this special at Gyppo. On Friday, October 17th, we’re welcoming our friends from Briceland Forest Farm for a true Harvest Moon feast. Think one long table, sixty seats only, and a menu that’s rooted in the land they’ve lovingly tended for years. From the Lost Coast Gimlet to start, to braised pork shoulder with winter squash purée, to a carrot–olive oil cake kissed with candied carrots—every dish is made from scratch and tells a story of season, soil, and soul.
This isn’t just dinner—it’s a chance to know your farmers. Dan and Taylor of Briceland Forest Farm will share the heart and craft behind what they grow, cook, and bring to our community. They’re the folks behind the beloved Briceland Farmstand, and we’re honored to celebrate eight years of working together with them.
Seating is extremely limited, and once the sixty spots are gone, that’s it. Add a pairing package if you like—either beer-forward with Gyppo brews or a hybrid mix of beer, cider, and wine, each designed to complement every bite. 🌙
