The Lost Coast runs on small businesses, skilled hands, and people willing to show up for their community. On March 25 at 2PM at Gyppo Ale Mill, we’re bringing those people into one room.

The Lost Coast Job Fair is an opportunity for local businesses and prospective employees to connect face-to-face — not through screens, not through job boards, but in real conversation. From hospitality and trades to retail, service, and seasonal roles, this event is about keeping talent local and strengthening the businesses that make this coast thrive.
